Business Development Manager - (North East)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven, ambitious and goal orientated individual to join an established and reputable lighting supplier to build on the previous success achieved and to continue growth development within an established and well-performing area in the North East.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively promote LED lighting products via the electrical wholesale/distributor/contractor channels.
  • Maintain/develop customer relations with key decision makers within the electrical wholesale/contractor market.
  • Meet/exceed assigned targets to assist the business with overall objectives.
  • Proactively assess, analyse and report on all business developments/opportunities.
  • Maintain/enhance contractor relations to assist with the long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced lighting sales professional with solid contacts/relationships in place to assist with the continuation of growth plans for the area. A proven territory sales manager, you should be comfortable and confident at both electrical wholesale and contractor level. Experience within the industry is a must.

This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced lighting sales professional who wishes to work in a fast paced and fun environment. You should be competent on BI/CRM internal systems with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and possess a willingness/eagerness to adapt to an ever-changing market.
